Domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location accessible via UPS. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much does shipping cost?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders $90+! Under $90, your shipping rate is calculated at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long will it take my order to ship?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Ground Shipping is selected your order will arrive within 5-9 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Expedited Shipping is selected your order will arrive within 2-4 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International Orders typically arrive at their destination country within 5-7 business days. However, once your package has arrived it may be stuck in customs for an unknown amount of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will personalization take longer?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes! Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. We unfortunately do not accept traveler\u2019s checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns &amp; Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What's your return policy?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unused or unworn items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or items can be exchanged within 30 days, just follow&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wildonepets.myshopify.com\/apps\/redo\/returns-portal\/login?referralId=69fb6ad98a28fb813d76229f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this link.<\/a>&nbsp;At this time, we do not accept exchanges for limited-edition collections. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is at our discretion to accept or deny a return or exchange for items outside of these parameters. What can I do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand some pups may get excited with our items and chew them up. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear or a defect on our part. Feel free to reach out to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:help@wildone.com\">help@wildone.com<\/a>&nbsp;to see what we can do for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is your warranty?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting so we offer a 1 year warranty on our products. Wear and tear may happen, especially when pets are involved, but if your items are damaged within a year of purchase due to a manufacturer defect please file a warranty claim&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wildonepets.myshopify.com\/apps\/redo\/returns-portal\/login?referralId=69fb6ad98a28fb813d76229f\">here<\/a>. We do not accept returns or exchanges for dirty or dog damaged items.
